It is said in it that the unconquered tribes near Kaling should follow Dhamma. • Kanishka's coins have been found in Ranchi. • During the reign of Bengal's Pal rulers, Vajrayan Buddhist sect flourished in the Chotanagpur region. • During the same time, 'Chhinnamastika Shaktipeeth' was established in the Ramgarh subdivision of Hazaribagh district.
